Top sash and lower sash removed.
Draught proofing / sound reduction fitted.
Weather proofing – cracks sealed, exposed wood primed and re-putty where needed.
Paint removed from sash box, sanded and primed.
Sashes planed for accurate fit / meeting. All moving parts sanded down.
Parting beads and staff beads replaced. Pulleys replaced where necessary.
Highest quality waxed-cotton sash cords fitted to top and lower sash.
Re-balance.
Contemporary and period sash furniture and security locks to enhance the finish.
